Content Policy

1. Illegal, Exploitative, or Sexually Explicit Content

You must not upload, create, edit, or distribute content that:

• Violates applicable laws or facilitates illegal activity;
• Sexually exploits or endangers a child, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized depiction of a minor;
• Contains non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual extortion, or content created or shared without the depicted person's consent;
• Contains pornography, explicit nudity, or sexual content intended to exploit, harass, or harm another person; or
• Promotes human trafficking, terrorism, violent extremism, or serious criminal activity.

We may report apparent CSAM or other content that must be reported by law to the appropriate authorities.

2. Safety, Hate, Harassment, and Deception

You must not use the Service to:

• Threaten, harass, defame, humiliate, or facilitate harm to a person or group;
• Promote hatred or discrimination based on protected characteristics;
• Glorify graphic violence, encourage self-harm, or provide instructions that create a serious risk of harm;
• Impersonate another person or create deceptive synthetic media, deepfakes, evidence, documents, or records intended to mislead, defraud, or cause harm;
• Generate or disseminate false information in a manner likely to cause material harm; or
• Expose personal, confidential, or identifying information without a lawful basis or the required consent.

3. Copyright, Image Rights, and Watermark Removal

You must own your Inputs or have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents required to process them. If an identifiable person appears in an Input, you are responsible for obtaining any consent required by applicable privacy, publicity, biometric, or image-rights laws.

You must not use watermark-removal or editing tools to:

• Remove copyright, ownership, attribution, authenticity, or rights-management information without authorization;
• Conceal the origin of stolen, infringing, fraudulent, or unlawfully obtained content;
• Misrepresent ownership, authorship, endorsement, or affiliation; or
• Evade contractual, licensing, platform, or legal restrictions.

4. AI-Generated and AI-Modified Content

AI processing may infer, reconstruct, or add details that were not present in the original image. Outputs may be inaccurate, non-exclusive, or similar to content produced for other users. You are responsible for reviewing an Output before relying on, publishing, or distributing it.

You must clearly disclose material AI generation or manipulation where required by law or where omission would be deceptive, including realistic impersonation or deepfake content. Outputs must not be presented as authentic documentary, legal, medical, identity, or forensic evidence when AI processing has materially changed their content.

5. High-Impact Uses

You must not use the Service or its Outputs:

• For fully automated decisions that determine a person's legal rights or access to employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, immigration, or essential services;
• To provide or replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice;
• To infer sensitive traits or predict criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior about a person; or
• To exploit vulnerabilities associated with age, disability, or a person's social, physical, or mental circumstances in a manner likely to cause harm.

6. Enforcement and Review

We and our service providers may use automated systems to review Inputs and Outputs for compliance with this Policy, our Terms of Service, provider safety requirements, and applicable law. We may refuse or stop processing, withhold an Output, restrict access, preserve limited evidence where legally necessary, or report content when required by law.

Safety systems can make mistakes. If you believe content was incorrectly restricted, contact [email protected] and include the relevant job identifier and a short explanation. Do not email sensitive images unless our support team specifically requests them through an appropriate channel.

7. Your Responsibility

You remain responsible for your Inputs, Outputs, and use of the Service. Repeated or serious violations may result in processing restrictions, suspension, termination, or other action permitted by our Terms of Service and applicable law.
